Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented operations executive to manage daily operational activities, data verification, documentation, MIS reporting, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily operations and backend process execution.

Perform data entry, verification, and validation.

Maintain MIS reports, trackers, and operational records.

Manage documentation, KYC, and document verification.

Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.





Ensure timely completion of tasks as per TAT and quality standards.

Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when required.

Follow SOPs and maintain data confidentiality.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Operations, Backend, Customer Service, banking, or NBFC.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Solid attention to detail and analytical abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.

- Ability to work efficiently within deadlines.

Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
