We are hiring an Operations Head to own the day-to-day flow of customer orders, from confirmation to on-time delivery. You will be the key link between our customers, production, purchase, and logistics teams, and will be accountable for delivery timelines and customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end order process and ensure every order is delivered on time

- Coordinate with customers on order requirements, timelines, and delivery updates

- Coordinate with logistics partners and transporters for dispatch and shipment

- Work with purchase and production teams to ensure materials and products are ready on schedule

- Track all orders and escalate delays before they affect customers





- Follow up with existing customers for repeat and further orders

- Maintain order trackers and prepare regular operations reports in Excel

Candidate Profile

- 3+ years of experience in operations, order management, logistics coordination, or customer coordination

- Decent spoken English, comfortable speaking with customers over calls

- Robust follow-up, coordination, and ownership skills

- Basic MS Excel skills

- Willing to work the 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM shift from the Hyderabad office

- Experience in manufacturing, export, or B2B operations is an advantage
