Operation & Maintenance Manager(Waste Water Treatment)

· Supervise and monitor operation schedules, workers and equipment to meet organizational goals.

· Daily monitoring of site activities and preparing a log Book accordingly

· Review and report site schedules, layout and related information to Project Coordinator

· Communicate and act for workers to follow health and safety regulations and maintain records.

· Estimate project costs, cost saving methods and the effects of product design changes on expenditures for management review, action, and control.

· Draft, design and propose to management if required the layout of equipment, materials and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency.

· Recommend methods for improving utilization of employees, material and utilities to management

· Develop along with Project Executive manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization.

· Co-ordinate with other departments as projects, purchase and stores and seniors regarding purchases, product and production specification.

· Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.

· Study operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to determine worker functions and responsibilities.





· Compile and complete production reports, purchase orders; material, tool, and equipment lists.

· Regulate and alter workflow schedules according to established sequences and lead times to expedite as per plan.

· Direct workers engaged in product measurement, inspection and testing activities to ensure quality control and reliability.

· Schedule deliveries to be on time based on production forecasting, material substitutions, storage and handling facilities and maintenance requirements.

· Participate if required in hiring, training, evaluating or discharging workers or resolve personnel grievances with HR and Production Manager.

· Practice continuous process improvement considering cost saving production process.

· Coordinate and inform Project Executive for facility or equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of machines.

· Maintain current knowledge of the quality control field, relying on current literature pertaining to materials use, technological advances, or statistical studies.

· File dispatched project sheet on regular basis and send to Project executive.

· Submit the requisition to stores for required material involving Project executive.

· Preparation of required Project and O & M Proposals.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
