Kasplo is looking for an experienced Operations Lead to oversee and drive day-to-day business and service operations in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

This is a hands-on operations leadership role involving process management, team management, cross-functional coordination, escalations, service operations, incident management, and continuous process improvement.

? Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage day-to-day operational activities and workflows.
- Lead and manage teams while ensuring clear ownership and accountability.
- Establish and improve SOPs, processes, workflows, and escalation mechanisms.
- Monitor operational performance, pending activities, escalations, and critical issues.
- Coordinate closely with Customer Success, Support, Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Deliverability teams .
- Handle and drive critical operational and customer-impacting issues to resolution.
- Ensure proper communication, follow-ups, and timely closure of issues.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
- Manage incidents, escalations, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and operational tracking.
- Support technical and service-related operations in a SaaS environment.
- Identify recurring issues and work with relevant teams to prevent them from repeating.





? What We’re Looking For

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Operations, SaaS Operations, Business Operations, Service Delivery, or a similar role.
- Mandatory: Prior experience working in a SaaS-based company/product company.
- Experience managing teams and operational processes.
- Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Experience handling escalations and time-sensitive operational issues.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Comfortable working with technical and non-technical teams.
- Basic understanding of APIs, SMTP, DNS, integrations, and SaaS platforms is preferred.
- Strong ownership, follow-up, and process-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving setting.

? Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who can take ownership, manage people and processes, solve operational challenges, coordinate across teams, and drive issues to closure .

You should be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and have the communication skills to clearly understand requirements, manage escalations, provide updates, and ensure effective execution.

⚠️ SaaS experience is mandatory.
