Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled Engineering & Plant Operations Coordinator to manage the entire lifecycle of our manufacturing operations. This unique role combines engineering design, electrical systems oversight, production management, and machinery maintenance. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design concepts and floor execution, ensuring high efficiency, minimal downtime, and optimal product quality.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
- Experience Required: 3 to 7 years in a manufacturing plant workplace (Automotive or Auto-component industry preferred).
- Software Skills: Hands-on expertise in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of PLC programming, hydraulic circuits, and Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen)
