About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager cum Operations professional to oversee project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and ensure timely delivery of projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management, stakeholder management, and operational coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects while ensuring delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.

Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Track project progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

Prepare project plans, status reports, meeting notes, and delivery updates.

Manage resource allocation and workload planning across projects.

Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation plans.

Drive operational efficiency by improving processes, workflows, and reporting mechanisms.

Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and provide project status updates.

Monitor project KPIs, SLAs, budgets, and overall project health.

Support leadership with project dashboards, performance metrics, and operational insights.

Ensure proper documentation, project governance,



and compliance with internal processes.

PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or related certifications are preferred.
