Role & responsibilities To generate insurance business through assigned bank branches by building solid relationships with bank personnel, identifying customer needs, providing suitable insurance solutions, and achieving sales and revenue targets while ensuring a superior customer experience and adherence to company processes

- Drive Business

Drive insurance sales through the assigned bank branches through referrals, branch engagements, and customer interactions and achieve premium, revenue, and productivity targets.

- Relationship Management with Bank Partners

Maintain cordial relationship with Bank staff and act as a primary point of contact between company & Bank.





- Maintain Healthy persistency & Portfolio Growth

Drive policy renewals, persistency, and customer retention initiatives and identify opportunities for up-selling insurance products.

- Training & Updates

Train bank staff about new products & features & appraise them about rewards & recognition.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, company policies, audit requirements, and risk management frameworks.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Experience : 2+ years of experience in sales & marketing.

Preferred experience:

Candidates with good communication skill, customer acquisition, relationship management and sales orientation are preferred.
