Position: Process Associate

Experience: 25 Years

Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad

Working Days: 5 Days

Shift: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct online research and review medical, pharmaceutical and product-related information.
- Analyze information from multiple sources and identify potential risks or compliance issues.
- Review websites, products, merchants and certification-related information.
- Ensure information is reviewed as per defined policies and guidelines.
- Make accurate decisions based on research and available information.
- Maintain high attention to detail and meet daily productivity/quality targets.
- Work with Excel, Google Sheets and Google Workspace.




- Handle sensitive or potentially offensive online content professionally.

Required Skills:

- Solid analytical, research and investigative skills.
- Understanding of risk, compliance, policy or content review.
- Basic to strong knowledge of medical/pharmaceutical terminology.
