- You will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of design professionals on various

projects on product development and application engineering and ensure that the KPI of your team is maintained.

- Preparing and checking engineering drawings with all details.

- Finalizing specifications of materials and processes to achieve final product quality.

- Value Engineering reduction in weight and optimization of existing products, Standardization

of design and Current product development.

- Ability to generate multiple concepts and suggest various solutions for a requirement

- Build prototypes for concept approval.

- Ensure adherence to Quality Systems and implementation of QMS in technical department

- Support to back-office on technical aspects and also to provide technical support to

manufacturing and other departments as needed.
