Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:•

Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of all software development activities within the project.

- Collaborate with program managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including hardware, firmware, testing, and customer stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to software development processes, quality standards, and documentation practices.
- Facilitate regular status reviews, prepare progress reports, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.




- Support the team in resolving technical challenges and removing roadblocks.Required Skills:
- Proven experience in leading embedded software projects in a structured development environment.
- Robust understanding of embedded systems, firmware/software development, and hardware-software integration.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Confluence).
- Experience in agile or hybrid development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
