Roles and Responsibilities:

- Execute sourcing across S2C lifecycle: supplier outreach, RFx events, negotiations, awards, and contracting.
- Support development of category strategies, pipelines, and roadmaps using research and financial/commercial analysis.
- Analyze supplier proposals/contracts to optimize results and inform negotiations.
- Embed AI and digital tools into sourcing workflows to streamline operations and reporting.
- Deliver business development support including assessments, due diligence, and case studies.
- Produce market intelligence and thought leadership content for clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach peers/juniors in sourcing, AI use, procurement practices, and Category.
- Build trusted relationships with suppliers and stakeholders; adapt communication for executives and functions.




- Manage multiple projects independently in dynamic environments while contributing to shared services/matrix structures.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in procurement practices and ecosystems.
- Travel up to 50% to client sites.
