- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and templates that communicate insights effectively to stakeholders

- Manage and validate data inputs to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting and insights
- Support preparation of recurring and ad-hoc insights reports for management
- Conduct QA checks on datasets, dashboards, and reports to ensure reliability
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align insights with business priorities and decision-making
- Optimize reporting processes and ways of working for efficiency, automation, and scalability
- Stay updated on best practices in analytics, insights, and foresight methodologies
