We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Online Tutor to deliver high-quality online classes to students through digital platforms. The candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain concepts clearly and engage students in an interactive learning environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct live online classes using digital teaching platforms.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, presentations, and study notes.
- Explain concepts clearly and simplify difficult topics for students.
- Develop and conduct online tests, quizzes, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor students' academic progress and provide individual support.
- Clear students' doubts and provide feedback on their performance.
- Prepare question banks, practice questions, and revision materials.
- Maintain regular attendance and academic progress records.
- Use digital tools, presentations, and interactive methods to improve learning.
- Complete the assigned syllabus within the scheduled timeframe.
- Coordinate with the academic team to maintain teaching quality.
- Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and academic activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject.
- Solid subject knowledge and teaching skills.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Malayalam, as required.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online teaching platforms.
- Ability to conduct engaging and interactive online classes.
- Good time management, patience, and student-handling skills.
- Previous teaching or online tutoring experience is preferred.
