We are looking for an Online Bidding Executive to identify relevant projects on freelance and bidding platforms, submit robust proposals, and generate qualified business opportunities for the company.

Key responsibilities include

- Find and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, Guru, Contra, Truelancer, Malt, Bark, and similar platforms
- Review project requirements and submit customized proposals
- Use platform bidding credits efficiently, including Upwork Connects, Freelancer bids, and Bark credits
- Communicate with prospects and respond to project-related questions
- Follow up on submitted proposals and active opportunities
- Maintain and improve company profiles, service listings, portfolios, and case studies on freelance platforms
- Track bids, responses, shortlisted projects, meetings, and conversions
- Coordinate with the sales or technical team for project scope, pricing, and proposals where required

Experience

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in online bidding, freelance platform sales, Upwork bidding, or international project acquisition preferred.
