MLS Digital Solutions is looking for an experienced and results-driven Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong understanding of Digital Marketing, Web Development, SEO, and IT services.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects, preparing winning proposals, communicating with clients, and generating new business opportunities through various bidding platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and bid on relevant IT projects through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other bidding portals.
- Prepare qualified, customized, and compelling proposals based on client requirements.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to develop suitable solutions.
- Generate leads and convert opportunities into successful projects.
- Communicate with international and domestic clients through email, chat, calls, and online meetings.
- Negotiate project scope, pricing, timelines, and terms with potential clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships and follow up with prospects.
- Have a good understanding of Web Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, and other IT services.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain records of proposals, leads, follow-ups,



and conversions.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience in IT bidding / business development.
- Strong knowledge of Web Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, and IT services.
- Hands-on experience with bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate them effectively to clients and internal teams.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Good understanding of international clients and IT project requirements.
- Candidates must have a portfolio or verifiable work/proposal history demonstrating their previous experience and achievements.

Portfolio is Mandatory

Candidates are required to showcase a portfolio/proof of previous work and bidding experience, which may include:

- Successful projects acquired through bidding platforms
- Previous proposals or proposal samples
- Client acquisition/conversion records
- Links to websites or digital projects secured
- Previous client/project portfolio
- Bidding profile links (where applicable)
