Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding & KYC Executive to manage our candidate onboarding and verification workflows. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for newly selected candidates, ensuring that all Know Your Customer (KYC), background checks, and compliance documentation are completed accurately and efficiently before deployment. You will bridge the gap between candidates, sales/recruitment teams, and internal compliance to guarantee a fast, secure, and legally compliant integration process.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Candidate Onboarding: Manage the digital and physical onboarding journey for current hires, from offer acceptance to profile activation in our HR/database systems.

- KYC & Document Verification: Review identity proofs, address proofs, academic credentials, previous employment records,



and tax documents for authenticity, completeness, and validity.

- Background Verification (BGV) Coordination: Coordinate with third-party verification agencies to trigger, track, and close criminal, employment, and address checks within defined turnaround times (TAT).

- MIS & Reporting: Maintain accurate audit trails, update daily Management Information System (MIS) reports, and track onboarding metrics to identify process bottlenecks.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with the recruitment, payroll, and legal teams to ensure a smooth handoff and prevent deployment delays.
