Job Title: Offline Sales & Distribution

We're building out the offline distribution network for our Isabgol / Psyllium Husk-based nutraceutical and proprietary food portfolio, and need a field-first sales leader to drive it.

What you'll do:

- Expand distribution across kirana stores, modern retail, pharmacies, wellness & health food stores, and gyms/fitness studios
- Onboard distributors, stockists, wholesalers & retail partners
- Build relationships with nutritionists, dieticians, trainers & wellness professionals
- Drive store visits, sampling, placements & repeat orders
- Plan and execute offline activations — fitness events, HYROX-style events, exhibitions & community activations
- Feed market intel back on pricing,

What we're looking for:

- Hands-on offline sales/distribution/trade marketing experience in FMCG, nutraceuticals, food, pharma or health & wellness
- Existing relationships with retailers, distributors, gyms or wellness professionals
- Track record helping scale a health/food/nutraceutical brand
- Comfortable being on the ground, opening doors, and closing deals
- Commercially sharp, proactive, and genuinely passionate about sales & brand-building

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
