- Execute day-to-day manufacturing activities for Dry Powder Injection products as per approved BMR/BPR, SOPs and GMP requirements.
- Handle and monitor critical manufacturing operations such as dispensing, sterile powder processing, vial filling, stoppering, capping and visual inspection, as applicable.
- Ensure proper line clearance, area readiness and equipment readiness before commencement of manufacturing activities.
- Operate and monitor relevant equipment used in dry powder injectable manufacturing and ensure operation within approved parameters.
- Monitor environmental and process conditions in classified areas and immediately report any abnormality or deviation
Preferred candidate profile
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / Diploma in Pharmacy or relevant pharmaceutical qualification.
- Experience: Preferably 27 years of experience in Dry Powder Injection / Sterile Injectable manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in sterile manufacturing / injectable production will be preferred.
- Knowledge of aseptic processing, cGMP and sterile area practices.
- Knowledge of vial filling, stoppering, capping, visual inspection and sterile manufacturing operations.
