Officer - Production

- Executing and supervising the API and Intermediate batches as per production plan.
- Following departmental standard operating procedures (SOP) and providing suggestions for SOP simplification and any other improvements.
- Identifying facility & equipment abnormalities and raise work request permits to service department for rectification.
- Executing and supervising Validation, Qualification and Calibrations protocols.
- Reviewing status labelling of accessories, in-process instruments, containers, area and equipment.
- Ensure labelling and segregation of in-process materials, finished products, raw materials, intermediates and accessories.
- Ensure quantities at various stages of manufacturing and packing.
- Review unit operations. Handling operation troubleshooting and communicating to cross-functions.




- Making sure that production equipment is cleaned, and facilities are cleaned and appropriately disinfected.
- Supporting for risk analysis of product, system, equipment and process.
- Making sure that API, Intermediates, and raw materials are stored as per storage condition.
