Job Summary

We are looking for a sincere, disciplined, and responsible Office Boy / Office Girl to assist with daily office activities and maintain a clean, organized, and professional working environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the office premises.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff, clients, and visitors as required.
- Keep meeting rooms, desks, and common areas neat and organized.
- Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, and basic documentation.
- Handle office files, documents, and stationery properly.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing documents, courier, and deliveries.
- Support office staff with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Ensure office supplies and refreshments are available when required.
- Help prepare meeting rooms and arrange seating for visitors.




- Perform other office-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
- Freshers can apply.
- Good manners and a polite, qualified attitude.
- Punctual, honest, and responsible.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks on time.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and work cooperatively with the team.
- Previous office experience will be an added advantage.

Salary and Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000, depending on experience and skills.
- Six working days per week.
- Sunday weekly holiday.
- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
