Part-Time Occupational Therapist The Unique Mind Clinic is looking for a compassionate and skilled Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our multidisciplinary team and work with children with developmental, sensory, behavioural and functional difficulties.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct occupational therapy sessions for children based on their individual needs and goals.
- Work on fine motor skills, gross motor skills, visual-motor integration and hand-eye coordination.
- Address sensory processing and sensory regulation needs.
- Work on attention, concentration, cognitive and functional skills.
- Support children in developing activities of daily living (ADL) and age-appropriate independence.
- Plan and implement individualised therapy activities and intervention programs.
- Monitor and document the child's progress regularly.
- Coordinate with parents, psychologists,



speech therapists and other professionals as required.
- Provide parents with appropriate home-based activities and guidance.
- Maintain proper session records, assessments and progress reports.
- Create a safe, engaging and child-friendly therapy workplace.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT).
- Experience working with children will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A patient, empathetic and child-friendly approach.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
