Role Description The Nursing Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at Baby Joy Fertility & IVF Centre in West Delhi. The role involves overseeing daily nursing operations, including staff scheduling, workload allocation, and adherence to clinical protocols across fertility and IVF services.

The Nursing

Supervisor ensures high standards of patient care, coordinates with physicians, embryologists, and counselors, and supports secure medication administration and critical care interventions when required.

Responsibilities include mentoring and guiding nursing staff,



monitoring compliance with infection control and safety procedures, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting quality improvement initiatives. The role also includes collaborating with the management team to optimize patient flow, enhance patient experience, and uphold regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong competencies in Nursing and Patient Care, with demonstrated experience in clinical settings.

- Candidates should possess skills in Nursing Management, including team supervision, workflow coordination, and adherence to nursing protocols.

- Candidates should possess knowledge of Medicine and Critical Care Medicine relevant to fertility, IVF, and reproductive health services.

- Registered Nursing qualification (GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, or equivalent) with valid nursing registration.

- Prior experience as a Nursing Supervisor or Senior Staff Nurse, preferably in IVF, gynecology, obstetrics, or critical care units.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills, with the ability to support patients and families empathetically.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, protocol-driven environment and maintain accurate clinical records.

- Willingness to work flexible shifts as required by patient and center needs.
