Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with 2–3 years of experience in Capital Market / Stock Broking Back Office / Settlement Operations to handle NSE claims processing and related securities market operations.

The candidate should have practical experience in client ledger reconstruction, contract note verification, bank and demat statement analysis, reconciliation and stock market-related claims.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle NSE-related claims processing and documentation.
- Reconstruct and verify client ledgers and transaction records.
- Examine and verify digital contract notes and trade-related documents.
- Analyse bank statements, demat statements and client account records.
- Perform ledger, bank, demat and transaction reconciliation.
- Verify trade details, settlement records and supporting documents.
- Identify discrepancies in client transactions and investigate the underlying reasons.
- Review and validate claims based on available financial and securities-market records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for required documents and clarification.
- Maintain proper records and documentation related to claims and settlements.
- Prepare reports, statements and supporting workings for claim processing.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents before submission.
- Handle confidential client and financial information appropriately.




- Support other capital market back-office and settlement-related activities as required.

Required Skills

- Practical knowledge of NSE / BSE and stock market operations.
- Experience in Capital Market Back Office / Stock Broking Operations.
- Knowledge of trade settlement and securities transactions.
- Experience in client ledger reconciliation.
- Ability to verify digital contract notes.
- Ability to analyse bank and demat statements.
- Good knowledge of Excel and reconciliation workings.
- Robust analytical and numerical skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and investigate transaction records.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Reconciliation
- Candidates who have worked with NSE, BSE, NSDL, CDSL, stock brokers or capital market intermediaries will be preferred.
- Experience in claims processing or investor-related claims will be an added advantage.
