GetNomik is looking for a qualified and experienced Notary / Advocate to join our team on a part-time, on-site basis in Ahmedabad .

⚖️ Experience: Relevant experience in notarisation preferred

About the Role The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out notarial activities and document-related services in accordance with applicable Government of India laws, rules and regulations .

Key Responsibilities

- Perform notarisation of eligible documents in accordance with applicable laws and government rules.
- Verify documents, identity and supporting information before notarisation.
- Execute and maintain proper notarial records, registers and documentation.
- Handle affidavits, declarations, agreements, powers of attorney and other eligible documents.
- Ensure proper execution, attestation, stamping and record-keeping as applicable.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and legal documents.
- Coordinate with GetNomik's internal team and clients for notarial requirements.




- Ensure all notarial activities are performed independently and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Eligibility
- Advocate with a valid Bar Council enrolment/certificate.
- Must be legally authorised/eligible to perform notarial functions under applicable Indian law and government rules .
- Relevant experience in notarial work will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of legal documentation and verification procedures.
- Positive communication and attention to detail.
- Must be based in Ahmedabad and available to work onsite on a part-time basis.
