Compensation: As per overall relevant experience and candidate profile salary - 15000 to 20000

Location

We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in NPA / Write-Off

Recovery to manage and recover outstanding dues from delinquent and written-off accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle NPA and Write-Off accounts and drive recovery of outstanding dues.
- Contact customers and follow up for payment recovery.
- Negotiate with customers for repayment/settlement as per company guidelines.
- Follow up on PTPs and ensure timely collections.
- Achieve assigned recovery targets.
- Maintain accurate collection records and daily MIS.
- Handle difficult and overdue accounts professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams for recovery-related activities.




- Ensure recovery processes are followed as per company policies.

Candidate Requirements

- Mandatory: Relevant NPA / Write-Off Recovery experience.
- Candidates must have direct experience handling NPA / Written-Off accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation and recovery skills.
- Target-oriented with valuable customer-handling abilities.
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, Fintech or Financial Services will be preferred.
- Compensation will be decided based on the candidate's overall relevant experience and profile.
