- Conduct physical surveys and inspections of insured losses.
- Investigate the cause and circumstances of loss/damage.
- Assess the extent and quantum of loss.
- Verify policy coverage, terms, conditions and warranties.
- Examine supporting documents, bills, estimates and other claim records.
- Coordinate with the insured, insurer, brokers, contractors and other stakeholders.
- Prepare professional Survey Reports, Interim Loss Assessments (ILA), Loss Assessment Reports (LOR), Final Survey Reports (FSR) and related documentation.
- Ensure reports are accurate, unbiased and submitted within the required timelines.
- Handle assignments across different locations and travel as required.
- Maintain confidentiality, integrity and professional independence while conducting surveys.
Preferred candidate profile
- Male candidates preferred.
- Licensed Insurance Surveyor / Loss Assessor with relevant experience.
- Robust knowledge of insurance claims, survey procedures and loss assessment.
- Willingness to travel extensively for survey assignments.
- Good communication, report-writing and analytical skills.
- Valid surveyor licence as applicable.
