About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced workplace.

This role will primarily focus on hiring for UK-based requirements and requires someone who is comfortable working in UK shifts and taking ownership of the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for UK-based requirements, from sourcing to offer rollout and joining.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other relevant channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-3+ years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.

Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.

Experience in UK/International recruitment will be an added advantage.

Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms.
