– Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive – Automobile

Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram

Department: Sales

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 0–3 years in automobile sales preferred

Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

- Attend walk-in customers and understand their car-buying requirements.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance and insurance options.
- Conduct effective vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Generate leads through showroom walk-ins, tele-calling, references and digital enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into bookings and sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain required conversion ratios.
- Maintain solid customer relationships before and after delivery.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Registration and Delivery teams.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM/DMS.
- Participate in showroom promotional activities and customer events.




- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Candidate Profile

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and confident personality.
- Passion for automobile sales and achieving targets.
- Basic knowledge of cars, finance and insurance will be an advantage.
- Should be comfortable with field visits and lead generation.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
