The candidate will be responsible for 24×7 security monitoring, initial incident analysis, alert validation, troubleshooting, and escalation of security incidents to L2/L3 teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and investigate security alerts through EDR tools such as CrowdStrike and SentinelOne.

- Monitor and support WAF technologies including Akamai, Indusface and F5.

- Perform initial SOC incident triage and escalate complex incidents.

- Analyze phishing emails, suspicious links and attachments.

- Monitor firewall alerts, validate security policies and blocked connections.

- Review vulnerability scan reports and coordinate with stakeholders for remediation.

- Monitor and support DLP, Proxy Security, SASE and VPN environments.

- Review proxy logs and web traffic for suspicious activity.

- Maintain security logs, reports and documentation for audits and compliance.

- Work closely with SOC and L2/L3 teams during security investigations.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree / Engineering Diploma

- 1–4 years of experience; relevant security experience preferred

- Positive verbal and written communication skills in English

- Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts

- Immediate joiners preferred

- Security certifications such as CompTIA Security+ / CEH will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
