About the Role

Looking for professionals from Network Operations, NOC, Service Assurance, and Service Transition backgrounds who are passionate about automating operational processes and improving service delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Automate operational workflows across incident and event management.
- Build intelligent alarm correlation and incident enrichment solutions.
- Develop workflow automation for escalation, communication, and reporting.
- Integrate monitoring and ITSM platforms.
- Automate operational runbooks and service transition processes.
- Improve MTTR and operational efficiency through automation.

Required Skills
- Experience in NOC, CNOC, Service Assurance, ITSM, or Service Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Python, APIs, Scripts, RPA, or Workflow Automation tools.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- Understanding of Incident Management, Event Management, and SLA processes.
- Exposure to AIOps and Event Correlation solutions is preferred.
