Job Title- NATIONAL SALES MANAGER (NSM)

Location: Mumbai | Delhi | Gujarat

Department: Sales & Marketing – Aesthetics/Medical Devices

JOB SUMMARY

Drive sales growth, expand market presence, and build strong relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic clinics for Aptos products. Achieve revenue targets, manage distributors, and boost brand growth within your territory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Drive sales and hit monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for Aptos products
- Develop territory-wise sales strategies and action plans
- Build strong relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic physicians
- Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors and channel partners
- Conduct product demos, trainings, and CMEs/workshops with marketing teams
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

- Strong sales, negotiation,



and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Understanding of aesthetics/medical devices market
- Result-oriented with robust planning and execution skills
- Willingness to travel extensively

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field
- MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred)
- 4-8 years of sales experience in aesthetic devices, dermatology, or medical devices

PREFERRED BACKGROUND

- Experience in aesthetics (threads, injectables, lasers, dermatology products)
- Existing network of dermatologists and plastic surgeons is a plus

Lucrative salary as per market standards. Pay: ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
