3 Forecating, planning, ordering requisition, follow up, IBST tracking

4 PO tracking, pricing clarity, sku level support and program.

5 Vendor reporting, pending order discussion, ETA

6 BOO labelling, VPN/ASIN/MRP mapping, sku listing

7 Vendor scheme implementation, monitering, data analysis

8 Transaction monitoring, dispute resolution and redressal

9 Collaborating between vendor, account manager and partner.

10 Market share, deal alignment, market intelligence sharing and strategy
