Job Title: Computer Operator – MS Excel & PowerPoint

Department: Office Administration / Documentation Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized computer operator with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. The candidate will be responsible for preparing spreadsheets, maintaining data, creating professional presentations, and managing office documentation.

Key Responsibilities Prepare, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports. Enter, organize, and verify data accurately. Use Excel formulas, functions, sorting, filtering, and formatting. Create professional PowerPoint presentations, slides, charts, and diagrams. Prepare tables, summaries, and graphical reports. Convert data from images or PDF files into Excel sheets. Format documents and maintain proper records. Check data accuracy and complete assigned tasks within deadlines. Coordinate with team members to prepare reports and presentations.

Required Skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Data entry and spreadsheet management skills.



Knowledge of Excel formulas, tables, charts, and basic data analysis. Ability to design clear and professional presentations. Good typing speed and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and PDF conversion. Good communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate. Computer course or MS Office certification preferred. Freshers may apply if they have the required computer skills. Experience 0–2 years of experience; candidates with relevant office or documentation experience will be preferred.

Work Requirements

Accuracy in data entry and report preparation. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Professional handling of company data and documents.

Pay: From ₹2,500.00 per month
