Area(s) of responsibility

Required skills:

- Strong hands-on AWS experience

- Robust Terraform experience

- AWS EKS / Kubernetes

- AWS networking (VPC, subnets, security groups, load balancers, routing)

- Experience setting up and configuring AWS infrastructure for containerized applications

- Troubleshooting AWS infrastructure and deployment issues

- Ability to review and recommend improvements to AWS infrastructure configurations

Desired skills

- Argo CD

- Helm

- GitHub / GitHub Actions

- JFrog Artifactory

- Experience with enterprise application deployments to AWS/EKS

The resource should be hands-on and able to work closely with our existing DevOps engineer to:

- Complete the AWS development environment setup

- Develop and refine Terraform

- Configure and troubleshoot EKS and supporting AWS services

- Assist with application deployments

- Fine-tune infrastructure specifications and configurations

- Help troubleshoot issues as they come up

- Provide knowledge transfer to the existing DevOps engineer
