Job Summary

We are looking for a Refurbished Mobile Service Engineer with strong hands-on experience in mobile phone testing, troubleshooting, repair, refurbishment, and quality checking.

The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing technical issues in smartphones, carrying out repairs and replacements, testing refurbished devices, and ensuring that every device meets the required quality standards before sale.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair Android and iOS smartphones.
- Perform complete hardware and software testing of mobile devices.
- Identify issues related to:
- Display / Touch
- Battery
- Charging port
- Motherboard
- Camera
- Speaker / Mic
- Network / Wi-Fi / Bluetooth
- Fingerprint / Face ID
- Power and charging issues
- Software and OS-related problems
- Carry out component replacement and basic-level motherboard repair where applicable.
- Perform mobile refurbishment and quality grading.
- Check device functionality before and after repair.
- Conduct complete QC testing before dispatch or sale.
- Identify defective, damaged, or non-repairable devices.
- Maintain proper records of repaired and tested devices.




- Coordinate with the procurement/warehouse team regarding defective products and replacement parts.
- Maintain proper tools, equipment, spare parts and service area.
- Ensure minimum repair turnaround time (TAT).
- Follow company SOPs for testing, repair, grading and quality control.
- Support the team in reducing repair costs and product rejection rates.

Required Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of mobile phone hardware and software.
- Hands-on experience with smartphone troubleshooting and repair.
- Knowledge of Android and iOS devices.
- Good understanding of mobile components and spare parts.
- Knowledge of refurbished mobile testing and grading will be an advantage.
- Ability to identify technical faults quickly and accurately.
- Good attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently and meet service TAT.

Experience 1–5 years of experience in:

- Mobile Service Centre
- Smartphone Repair
- Refurbished Mobile Industry
- Mobile Retail / Distribution
- Consumer Electronics Service

Candidates with experience in refurbished mobile testing, grading and quality control will be preferred.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma / Technical certification in Electronics, Mobile Repair, Hardware, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
