Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience working within a telco operator workplace
- Understanding of network operations and/or telecommunications technologies with a focus on Voice and Messaging architectures.
- Exposure to MVNO environments with hands-on involvement in capacity planning and/or interconnect routing.
- Experienced in planning and monitoring the performance of mobile interconnects, tracking quality of service and utilisation, and taking corrective actions to meet cost and performance targets.
- Skilled in assessing and selecting optimal routing and interconnection solutions for voice calls and messaging, balancing cost, quality,



and resiliency through close collaboration with technical and commercial teams.
- Applied knowledge in optimisation engines, algorithms, or rule-based decision systems with a focus on cost-efficiency and resource optimisation
- Familiarity with evaluating and improving automated decision-making processes or logic flows.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets for validating data integrity, troubleshooting and reporting purposes
- Basic Python skills for scripting, automation, or data manipulation tasks.
- Strong experience with reporting and visualisation tools such as Grafana, Apache Superset, Tableau, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
