Job Title: MIS Executive – BPOJob Summary

We are a high-volume BPO with a robust focus on performance, efficiency, and conversion. We are looking for a hands-on MIS Executive who is highly skilled in Excel, experienced with Ameyo (Drishti) dialer reports, and capable of converting large volumes of call data into actionable dashboards and reports for Operations and Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Sales, QA, and Call Operations teams.
- Download, clean, validate, and process large volumes of raw data from Ameyo (Drishti) Dialer and internal CRM.
- Prepare and maintain real-time dashboards covering team performance, agent-wise productivity, login hours, connect %, AHT, conversion, sales, and other KPIs.
- Track agent and campaign performance and highlight gaps or trends to the Operations team.
- Ensure accuracy of lead, call disposition, conversion, and sales closure reports.
- Maintain historical MIS data and prepare trend analysis for business decision-making.
- Coordinate with Operations, Sales, QA, and Tech teams for new reporting requirements and campaign changes.
- Identify data discrepancies and ensure timely correction and reporting.




- Support management with ad-hoc reports and performance analysis as required.

Must-Have Skills
- Expert knowledge of Advanced Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Ameyo (Drishti) Dialer – agent logs, call reports, campaign reports, disposition data, and analytics.
- Strong experience in data extraction, cleaning, validation, and analysis.
- Previous experience in BPO/Call Center MIS reporting is mandatory.
- Understanding of Sales & Calling KPIs such as AHT, connect %, login hours, productivity, conversion %, TAT, occupancy, and sales.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle large datasets and work under pressure with strict reporting timelines.
