Job Summary

TLC DigiTech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our Chennai team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily MIS, preparing accurate reports, maintaining databases, analysing business performance and providing timely insights to management and operational teams.

This role will work closely with Sales, Operations and Corporate teams to ensure accurate data reporting, effective tracking of business performance and smooth flow of information across functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, consolidate and validate data from multiple sources.
- Maintain accurate databases and ensure data integrity.
- Track sales, revenue, productivity, targets and other key business KPIs.
- Prepare performance reports for management and operational teams.
- Analyze data and highlight trends, gaps, variances and areas requiring attention.
- Generate regular dashboards and reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Monitor team-wise, location-wise and individual performance.
- Track daily business activities and follow up on pending or missing data.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations and other internal teams for data collection and verification.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting formats.
- Automate repetitive reports and improve existing MIS processes wherever possible.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis whenever required.
- Ensure reports are accurate and submitted within defined timelines.
- Handle confidential business information responsibly.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF functions, filters and data validation.
- Good data analysis and problem-solving skills.




- Ability to work with large datasets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.
- Good coordination skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in MIS, reporting, sales operations or business analytics.
- Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of CRM or sales reporting systems will be an added advantage.
- Experience in hospitality, loyalty, retail, travel or service industries will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of data visualization and dashboard creation.

Candidate Profile

- Able to communicate insights clearly to managers and business teams.
- Comfortable working with repetitive as well as ad-hoc reporting requirements.
- Interested in developing a career in MIS, Business Analytics or Operations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline such as Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Applications, Economics or a related field.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, sales operations, business analytics or a similar role.

Freshers with exceptionally strong Excel and analytical skills may also be considered.
