– MIS Executive

MIS (Management Information System) Executive is responsible for collecting, managing, analyzing, and reporting business data to help management make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect data from different departments and verify its accuracy.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and records.
- Analyze data and identify trends, gaps, and discrepancies.
- Create dashboards and reports using MS Excel and other reporting tools.
- Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS, IF, COUNTIF, etc.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect required information.
- Track KPIs, targets, sales, inventory, attendance, expenses, or other business metrics.
- Ensure reports are submitted accurately and within deadlines.




- Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of company data.
- Automate repetitive reporting processes wherever possible.
- Provide data and analysis to management for decision-making.

Required Skills

- Advanced MS Excel
- Data analysis and reporting
- Pivot Tables and Excel formulas
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of databases/SQL is an advantage
- Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage
- Valuable problem-solving and analytical skills

Typical Qualification

- Graduate degree in B.Com, BBA, MBA, IT, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Experience may range from 0–5 years, depending on the position.
