We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our Real Estate team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining MIS reports, analyzing business data, tracking sales performance, and providing accurate reports to management for effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.

- Maintain and update sales, lead, collection, target, and performance trackers.

- Collect, verify, consolidate, and analyze data from different departments.

- Prepare management reports and presentations as required.

- Monitor sales targets, achievements, conversions, and team performance.

- Maintain accurate databases and ensure timely data updates.

- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with concerned teams for corrections.

- Generate ad-hoc reports based on management requirements.

- Maintain Excel-based trackers and automated reporting formats.

- Support management with data analysis and business insights.

- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, HR, and other departments for reporting requirements.

- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company data.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.

- Good knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF formulas, and Excel reporting.

- Experience in preparing MIS reports and dashboards.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to manage large volumes of data.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Knowledge of Google Sheets will be an added advantage.

- Experience in the Real Estate industry will be preferred.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 2–5 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Management, Sales MIS, or a similar role.

- Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Sales, or Property Management companies will be preferred.
