Position: MIS & Data Entry Executive

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Location: Kottayam, Kerala

Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain business profile data, merchant records and daily operational information.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports using MS Excel.
- Track business profile completion, pending entries, errors and daily productivity.
- Create and maintain Excel sheets, data summaries and performance reports.
- Use Excel formulas, lookup functions, PivotTables, conditional formatting and data validation.
- Verify data accuracy and ensure reports are updated on time.
- Coordinate with team members to collect missing information and resolve data discrepancies.
- Submit regular reports to management as required.

Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum qualification:



Degree.
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.
- Practical knowledge of formulas, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF functions, PivotTables and data analysis.
- Valuable computer knowledge and accurate typing skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle large datasets and prepare reports within deadlines.

Preferred Candidate: A graduate with strong Excel and reporting skills who can maintain accurate records, analyze operational data and prepare management reports independently.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
