Roles and Responsibilities :

- Prepare MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to track sales performance, customer interactions, and other key metrics.

- Generate accurate and timely reports using advanced Excel skills to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement in report generation processes.

- Develop robust relationships with stakeholders by providing regular updates on report findings.

Job Requirements :

- 2-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry or related field.

- Advanced Excel skills for report generation and analysis.

- Proficiency in Hindi language (written & spoken) for effective communication with clients.

- Experience in Mis reporting tools and techniques.
