- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS report packages
- Analyze key healthcare metrics
- Coordinate the annual budgeting process
Operational Performance & Cost Control
- Conduct variance analysis
- Evaluate Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Perform cost-benefit analyses
Data Governance & Automation
- Design and maintain automated finance dashboards
Preferred candidate profile Experience- 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or MIS reporting, strictly within the healthcare or hospital sector.
