The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Middle Wing, which includes grades 6th to 8th, and will play a crucial role in driving the school's vision among staff, students, parents, and the community.

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day school administration, collaborating with parents to provide personalized education, focusing on learning outcomes, and developing the curriculum. The coordinator will also be responsible for delegating responsibilities appropriately, coordinating with the administrative team for organizing events and programs, and ensuring effective communication with parents and guardians. Additionally, the role involves supervising the general discipline of the school,



providing timely feedback to the Principal and Management regarding areas for improvement, managing the timetable, and overseeing Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).

The successful candidate will hold a graduation degree along with a B.Ed. and will have a minimum of 5-6 years of work experience as a TGT Teacher, with at least 3-4 years of experience in a coordinator or in-charge role at a reputed CBSE school. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high leadership and people management abilities, and a motivated, self-driven attitude are essential for this role. Being tech-savvy is also a key requirement.
