Role Description The Microsoft 365 Developer will design, develop, and maintain solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Power Apps, SharePoint, and related tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include building custom applications, workflows, and integrations, configuring SharePoint sites and lists, and ensuring secure and efficient data handling.

The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and providing ongoing support and enhancements. The developer will document solutions, perform testing, troubleshoot issues,



and optimize performance as part of continuous improvement efforts. This is a full-time remote role.

Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps, including building canvas and model-driven apps, and integrating with other Microsoft 365 services.
- Proficiency in SharePoint configuration and development, including lists, libraries, workflows, and site customization.
- Working knowledge of Databases, data modeling, and integration between Microsoft 365 solutions and data sources.
- Familiarity with other Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Power Automate, Teams, OneDrive) is an advantage.
- Ability to gather requirements, document technical solutions, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a similar Microsoft 365 or SharePoint development role is highly beneficial.
