women individually or under Joint Liability Group (JLG) through Business corresponded channel
- Short term loans giving High Returns to the Bank

About the Role Delinquent Audit Manager – Portfolio team- will be handling one zone & responsible for:
- Prevention & Detection of Fraud & Branch Visit
- Liasing with Police officials & legal team for filing FIR & Recovery.
- Investigation of Fraud incident & reporting

Key Responsibilities

Planning and strategy

- Ensure that all the staff are adequately trained on the bank’s products, sales processes, and various

policies.
- Maintain “business quality” / “portfolio quality”.
- Liasoning and coordination with counterparts in business.
- Liasoning with external agencies
- Branch Visit based on the Red alerts
- Create Early warning signal based on investigation & Collection Efficiency




- Need to Monitor & Ensure Investigation is closed within 30days
- Proper evidence collection & 100% digital storage.
- Liasioning with Insurance co on claim settlement & documentations.

Qualifications Optimal qualification for success on the job is: • Graduate / Post Graduate • Experience of 9+ Years in Banking/Microfinance Industry • Team management skills & liasoning

Role Proficiencies

- Knowledge of MFI products and services
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
- Good communication (both verbal and written) in English and local language
- Well versed with Microsoft office tools for data analysis and presentation
- Ability to manage complex situations
- Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a agile priority setting environment
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
