Job Summary:

We are seeking an analytical, ambitious Meta Ads Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience to spearhead our paid social acquisition strategy. You will own the building, optimization, and scaling of Meta ad funnels to maximize direct book sales (ROAS) and generate high-quality institutional leads globally. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience running data-driven performance campaigns, preferably managing high-SKU product catalogs in Book publishing or EdTech.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaigns: Run and scale Meta ad funnels.
- Optimization: Track ROAS/CPA and run A/B tests.




- Catalogs: Manage high-SKU product feeds.
- Creatives: Partner with teams for high-converting ads.
- Leads: Generate global D2C and institutional sales.
- Reports: Deliver performance insights to leadership.

Requirements:

- Experience: 3–5 years handling Performance Marketing, Meta Ads.
- Mandatory: Background in Book Publishing or EdTech.
- Tech: Mastery of Meta Pixel and catalog setup.
- Skills: Strong data analysis and ROAS focus.
- Drive: Ambitious, analytical, and self-driven.
