We are expanding our high-performing team and looking for a Performance Marketer who lives and breathes e-commerce fashion ads, thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, and wants direct ownership of top-tier designer portfolios from day one.

Role Overview This is a hands-on, execution-focused position. Reporting to the Team Lead, Performance Marketing, you will take end-to-end ownership of Meta advertising campaigns for a dedicated portfolio of fashion accounts, while leveraging your strong Google Ads capabilities to support our cross-channel growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Execution (Meta &

• Google):

Plan, launch, and optimize Meta ads (awareness, add-to-cart, retargeting, bottom-of-funnel purchases, and WhatsApp campaigns) alongside Google Ads (Search, Shopping, and Performance Max) for fashion clients.
- Budget &

• Bid Management:

Oversee daily budget pacing, bid adjustments, and overall campaign health across multiple concurrent accounts.
- A/B Testing &

• Optimization:

Design and execute structured tests across creatives, audiences, and ad copy to continuously scale results.
- Funnel Building: Build and refine advanced audience segmentation and retargeting funnels tailored to unique designer brand requirements.
- Creative Collaboration:



Write or brief compelling campaign-specific ad copy in close collaboration with our creative and content teams.
- Data &

• Reporting:

Track core e-commerce metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rate), translating data insights into actionable optimization decisions and proactive corrective strategies for underperforming accounts.

- What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

- Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience with a strong focus on e-commerce accounts.
- Meta Expertise: Demonstrated, hands-on mastery of Meta Ads Manager (campaign structuring, pixel/tracking setups, audience building, retargeting, and scaling).
- Google Ads Competency: Solid working experience with Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns for retail/e-commerce.
- Agency Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts concurrently with strict budget and timeline discipline.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data-interpretation skills with the ability to turn numbers into clear growth strategies.
- Industry Passion: Prior experience or a deep appreciation within the fashion, lifestyle, or D2C sector is strongly preferred.
- Copywriting Sense: Sound copywriting judgment or experience briefing creative teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing WhatsApp advertising campaigns.
- Exposure to influencer or affiliate performance marketing channels.
- Familiarity with GA4, e-commerce attribution, and tracking setups.
