We are looking for a Merchandiser cum Designer with experience in the garments/apparel industry, particularly T-shirt manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for handling merchandising activities along with basic design and product development work.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the complete merchandising process from enquiry to order execution.

- Coordinate with customers, production, sampling, and vendors.

- Develop and manage T-shirt designs, prints, and artwork as per requirements.

- Prepare and follow up on samples, approvals, and production timelines.

- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely order completion.

- Prepare costing, order sheets, and other merchandising documents.

- Follow up on fabric, trims, printing, embroidery, and other accessories.

- Check product specifications, measurements, colours, and quality requirements.





- Communicate with clients regarding order status, changes, and approvals.

- Maintain proper records of orders, samples, and production follow-ups.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Garments / Apparel / T-shirt Manufacturing.

- Good knowledge of merchandising and garment production processes.

- Basic to valuable knowledge of T-shirt design, prints, colours, and artwork.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.

- Candidates with experience in T-shirt manufacturing/export/domestic apparel will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
