- Supervise the installation of BMS, HVAC, electrical, fire-fighting, plumbing, and drainage systems across multiple floors.
MEP contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders. Ensure MEP activities are fully integrated with civil, architectural, and structural works.
Ensure all vertical risers, pump systems, fire alarms, generators, and HVAC systems are commissioned to standards.
Ensure all installations meet local building codes, international standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, NEC), and safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including method statements, material approvals, and as-built drawings.
